The www.luamaa.com (hereinafter referred to as web store, website or us) website is operated by Luamaa OÜ (hereinafter referred to as owner or us), register code 14757445, located at Kanali 15, Pärnu 80017, Estonia.
The present terms and conditions are applicable for all legal relations, products, product offers, sales and/or deliveries between the website user (hereinafter referred to as client, customer or you) and the website www.luamaa.com and/or it’s owner.
In addition to the present terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from using the website are regulated by applicable legal acts enforced by the Republic of Estonia.
The website owner has the right to change these terms and conditions any time without further explanation.
All the changes will be published online on the www.luamaa.com website, where after their publication, they become effective immediately. By using the site or placing an order, we take it as the customer has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
If the customer places an order before the new terms and conditions are published, applied are the terms and conditions effective at the time of placing the order.
The prices in the website are stated in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (20%) applicable in Estonia. Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Depending on the total amount of the order, either free or paid shipping is applied. Regarding information is presented by the products. In the case of paid shipping, the total cost depends on the shipping destination of the customer and the option for shipping chosen by the customer. The shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
If the customer orders products for delivery outside the EU, then the products might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges are paid by the customer. The tax and customs policy may differ per destination country. We advise you to get acquainted with your local tax and customs policy before placing an order with us.
The web store owner has the right to change the prices of our products any time without further explanation. All the changes will be published online on the www.luamaa.com website, where after their publication, they become effective immediately.

Add the desired products to your shopping cart to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. Order fulfilment will begin at first chance during our working hours, which can be found on the website www.luamaa.com under contacts.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification. Depending on the payment method, the transfer may take up to 7 working days.
While placing an order, the customer enters their name, e-mail address, company name (if the invoice is going to a company), shipping address and phone number of the recipient. The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery details to ensure a fast and smooth delivery. Should there be any problems while or after placing an order, the customer will be notified.
Our payment methods are provided by Montonio Finance and Stripe. All payments are done securely outside of our website. We have no access to the credit card data and the data of the bank of the customer.
When the payment is done via bank link or a credit card, the customer pays 100% of the order’s price when they confirm the order.

The contract between the customer and the owner of the web store enters into force the moment the payment is received on the web store owners’ bank account. The web store has the right to end the contract at any given time. If that should occur, the customer will be informed via e-mail and the money will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the money on the bank account of the web store owner.
Depending on location during order checkout, our customers are provided with a range of installment payment methods as an alternative to bank transfers and card payments. The web store sends the products to the customer via tracked post or self-service lockers. Once the order is shipped, the customer will be informed and provided with a tracking number via e-mail.
We ship worldwide. All shipments are handled by our partner couriers: ITELLA, OMNIVA, DHL and their local partners. Please note that our delivery times are estimated and we cannot provide their accuracy as they are solely dependent on our partner couriers.

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
The web store is not responsible for any delivery delays or problems that are caused by the customer entering incorrect information when placing the order. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, the web store is no longer responsible for the arrival of the product. From that moment on, our partner courier is responsible.
After receiving the product, the customer has 14 days to check the product. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, then the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. To do so, the customer has to inform the web store via e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that the customer received it in. The product must be unused meaning that the product cannot have any marks, traces or damage that it did not have when the customer received the product. The web store will not accept any returned products that show signs of use and they will be returned to the customer. In that case the web store is not obliged to refund any money.
If the product is returned in accordance with correct terms, then the web store will refund the customer the sum paid for the product. The money will be refunded to the customer no later than 14 days after the returned product has been received by the web store.
The returns are free for the customer.
The web store is not responsible for the return shipping, nor can we guarantee that the return product will arrive to the web store. In order to avoid any such problems, we strongly recommend that you choose a shipping service that can be tracked.
In all return cases, a receipt or confirmation of payment is mandatory.
Gift-cards are not returnable.
You are granted a two year warranty for our watches, starting from the date of purchase. For the exact date, please refer to the invoice or the user manual that came in the box with your watch. The date can be found in the serial number on the inner page of the user manual back cover (xxxxxxxxxDDMMYY). This Limited Warranty applies to the original owner and covers all manufacturing defects and the movement of the watch. Warranty is only valid if you have bought your product from our official webpage www.luamaa.com.
The warranty does not cover:
– Batteries, straps, or crystals
– Damage caused by an accident, improper use, lack of care, tampering, normal wear and tear. Handling that is not in accordance with the timepiece care guidelines included with your watch. Other factors than defects of movement and manufacturing.
– Unauthorised service and adjustments
– Environmental impacts
– Water damage caused by not following the water resistance of the watch
Traces of wear and tear visible on the watch strap and case are considered normal appearances of usage.

2. We will review your inquiry and should we accept it for further investigation, we will ask you to securely pack your watch and ship it to the address we will provide. You, the customer, are responsible for the payment of shipping to us.
3. If we confirm the warranty claim, we will, at our cost, repair the defect, or replace it with a new item with equivalent value. We will need a proof of return shipping payment, in order to compensate the cost. We will take care of the return shipping to you. The warranty process should take no longer than 30 days.
If we will not confirm the warranty claim, we will ship the item back to you as it is. You, the customer, will then be responsible for all the regarding costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for the damage caused by parcel services and other issues beyond our control, such as holidays, environmental impacts, special part orders or unique repairs that affect time.
Please note, that your legal rights are not restricted by this warranty.
This warranty is subject to the law of Republic of Estonia.
LUAMAA is a registered trademark, which means that all rights belong to the owner of the trademark. It is prohibited to anyone other than the owner of the trademark to use identical nor similar symbols of LUAMAA trademark.
All the content available on the webstore, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, video and audio clips are protected by copyright law which is owned solely by the web store. Using, reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, modifying, or using the copyrighted content in any other way is forbidden without any reference to the web store.
Both parties are released of their commitment to this contract and any duties that are related to it either partially or in full if force majeure prevents a party from fulfilling their contractual obligations. Both parties are obliged to apply all possible measures to prevent causing damage to the other party and to guarantee the fulfilment of as much of the contract as possible. The party that wishes to refer to force majeure as the reason for failing to fulfil their legal or contractual obligations needs to prove the existence of force majeure. Force majeure cannot be defined by changes in economic circumstances, wether conditions, price hikes, holidays, bankruptcy or notice of bankruptcy or the securing of an action.
The web store’s liability is limited to the price of the product.
The web store is not responsible for any links to other websites that are mentioned on the web store and the web store is not liable for any damages caused by using these links.
The terms are governed by the legislative acts of Estonian Republic.
All the disputes between the customer and the web store are resolved through negotiations. If a compromise cannot be reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Customer Protection Department or the Online Dispute Resolution platform hosted by the European Union. The jurisdiction lies with Harju Maakohus.
